Harrison Jacobs is a journalist and photographer, based in New York. 

Harrison is currently the deputy editor at Business Insider, overseeing the site's News, Politics, Military & Defense, Sports, and Copy teams. He reports at the intersection of criminal justice, drug policy, and public health — with a special focus on the opioid crisis. 

Harrison received his undergraduate degree from Tufts University in May 2012, where he majored in History and English Literature.
